This Art Lessons Policy explains the rules for booking, paying for lessons, rescheduling, canceling, and getting refunds. Booking

The booking process for Art Lessons is efficiently managed through SimplyBook.me, which is a reliable third-party software application. This process includes key elements like scheduling, payment, and email confirmation to ensure a smooth experience for everyone involved.

Payment

- Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session.

- Payment will be done via PayPal trough the booking block located on the Lessons page.

Zoom Session

The art lesson or consultation will be conducted through a live session on Zoom. A link for accessing the online meeting will be sent directly to you via email.

Rescheduling

- You may reschedule your lesson up to 24 hours before the scheduled time at no additional cost.

- Rescheduling within less than 24 hours of your session is not permitted, and the original booking fee will be forfeited.

Cancellation

- Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance are eligible for a full refund.

- Cancellations made within less than 24 hours of your scheduled session are non-refundable.

Refund

- Refund Method: All refunds will be processed by the same payment method used for the original transaction.

- Please note that some payment processors charge transaction fees which may not be refundable.

- The processing time for refunds may vary depending on the payment provider. Please allow a few business days for the refund to process.

No-Show Policy

- If you do not attend your session and fail to notify in advance, the session will be considered a no-show, and no refunds will be issued.

Changes to Policies

 - The Artist reserves the right to amend his policy at any time. Users are encouraged to review it periodically for updates.
