- Continental U.S. Only: Free shipping is available for all 48 contiguous states within the United States.
- Exclusions: Regrettably, the Artist is unable to fulfill orders for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations at this time. He will be pleased to expand his services to these zones in the future. If you are based on one of these areas and are interested in purchasing artwork, please keep in touch via email through support@velfineart.com, the Artist will do everything possible to assist you in your need. Order Processing, Shipping, and Delivery Times
- Orders for artwork are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days, with possible slight extensions during peak seasons. Delivery times vary depending on location and are estimated at 5-8 business days from the date of shipment. As a result, the total fulfillment process may take between 7-10 business days. Please note that these are estimates, and unexpected issues may arise due to factors beyond the Artist’s control. Understanding the importance of timely delivery, every effort is made to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible, aiming to exceed your expectations with efficient and reliable service.
- For your print-on-demand orders, the Artist proudly collaborates with Printful, a trusted and reliable partner within the industry. Printful is a leading print-on-demand company that specializes in producing high-quality products. They handle your orders meticulously, but only once you officially place them. Typically, the fulfillment process may take 5-20 business days, depending on various factors such as the type of product you ordered, its current availability, and your specific delivery destination. The Artist appreciates your understanding and patience as each order is ensured to meet the highest standards of quality.
Shipping Method
- The Artist uses secure carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx to ensure a reliable delivery experience.
- Your package will have insurance coverage to provide reassurance and security during transit.
Tracking Information
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email from the Artist. You will be provided with estimated delivery times and a tracking number to monitor your package’s journey.
Local Pickup Option
- For local customers, the Artist offers the convenience of picking up their item directly from the Artist’s door. If this option is available, you can select it during checkout, and you’ll be provided with all the necessary details for a successful pickup.
Shipping Address Accuracy and Package Acceptance
- Your order will be shipped to the address you provided during checkout. PLEASE ENSURE THAT THE SHIPPING ADDRESS IS ACCURATE AND COMPLETE, including any apartment, unit, or suite numbers. If the package is returned to the Artist or cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees will be required to resend the item. If you refuse the package or it is not picked up and subsequently returned, no refunds will be issued. Additional shipping charges will apply to resend the package.
